In the area of Research Park Drive and Cowell Boulevard on the Parkside, this is going to be for a vehicle that nearly hit the RP while he was crossing in the crosswalk. The vehicle was last seen northbound on Cowell. It was a gray pickup truck with Oregon license plate 245 King Frank Sam. That returns out of Oregon to a Brian Quinn on a Toyota Tacoma 2017. Game.
