928, 927, starting down a suspicious subject, going to be at Sam's Club, 6410 Petrie. Our caller says there's a Black male in his 20s, 30 years old, wearing shorts and shirt, red sunglasses, always walking around the parking lot, asking people for money, walking out the cars.
