We have a 4001 at Greenville and East Lover. So, we have an older Black male, last seen wearing a black shirt that says police on the back, tan pants, arms. Male was having a hard time walking. Complainant states male is patrolling the area, but he has no badge, no police car at the location, possibly impersonating a police officer.
