All units, vehicle crash, 2505 East Bay Drive. Looks like an electric scooter versus a Dodge Ram pickup, white in color. A female who was under actually took off westbound on East Bay. She was a Hispanic female in her late teens to early 20s, wearing all black clothing. The complainant pulled into Bro's Pizza and went to meet with an officer.
