Heading over to a disorderly disturbance, 820 Colonial Avenue at the First Presbyterian Church. We have a description of a older male, Black, wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, and a blue cap with an American flag on the front. Complainant advises that the subject defecated on the side of the building, and he's now sitting on the stairs refusing to leave. Timeout 1106 hours.
