Possibly operated by a Henry Arizari, 12, 3 of 87. Operator has multiple warrants out and failure to stop for Lester Police. They are no longer following vehicle last seen, Main and Ludlow. Again, a black Honda Passport with the word security on the side in green and white lettering. Possibly operated by a Henry Arizari, 12, 3 of 87. Operator has multiple warrants out, failure to stop for Lester Police. They are no longer following vehicle last seen in the area of Main and Ludlow. They don't know if it continued on Main or turned up Ludlow.
