312, 311, send someone to see this traffic hazard, Greenspring Valley Road and Stevenson Road. Caller's advising, the vehicle was chasing the complainant. Turned around to Stevenson, flipping other vehicles off, a black male. They're no longer following the vehicle.

Please be careful. The suspect was using opposite side of the road, flying at over 30mph over the limit and trying to brake check and fight. Extremely erratic and aggressive
