732. You respond Freeman Road and Ramshorn Road. I had a female party call-in reporting, for the last several months, somebody's been dumping oil on the roadway. Call came from a Oya Yeager at 61 Ramshorn. She's had previous run-ins with her before regarding her mental health. I'm familiar with her and her mental health issues.
