All of the units in the area of I-40 westbound and Carytown Boulevard, I-40 west and Carytown Boulevard, be on the lookout for a silver pickup truck with a trailer on the back of it. Caller's reporting that there is electrical equipment in the trailer that is smoking. Last seen passing exit 290, unknown 28th. Authority concern citizen time is 839.
