We're getting two calls for a man slumped over the wheel at Belmont and Western. First call says female, sleeping in a black vehicle at the corner in front of the police station. Second call is a male passed out in a black Ford, no plates. Getting a third call for a male in a black Ford RC9 facing southbound on Western at the light, slumped over the wheel. Anyone that's close, Belmont and Western.
