Stuff down, Kirkland District 2, 2 King 3, 3 King 3. 2 King 3. 3 King 3. This will be the Safeway Rose Hill, 12519 Northeast 85th Street. I believe the employee is the one calling in, stating that there is a white female, 50s, red or pink top and black skirt that just left on foot, stole merchandise in a bag. She appears to still be in the parking lot.
