86 BFD 8. It's going to be 11610 Memorial Parkway at Walmart. Caller says the hitter's sitting by a lawn and garden side of Walmart. Advising he was talking to 911, didn't know if he was thinking about hurting himself or anyone. 911's advising it's a black male, 42, black shoes, black shirt, black and gray shorts, possibly 10-56, carrying two kitchen knives and a machete.
