10-4, I'm going to make two for both of the vehicles. The first one's going to have heavy front-end damage, passenger's child's front wheel is down, and they're competing. And the second one's going to have rear-end damage, driver's side rear wheel is down, both vehicles are white in color. 10-4.

But he speed bumps they added in are supposed to stop this. How could we still possibly have crashes with all these more narrow roads with distractions being the main tool to slow drivers down. It makes no God damned sense.. Good job Dorsey
