1 to Albany Fire Dispatch, you came en route to Memorial Park, 1300 Portland. It's going to be in front of the Veterans Building. It looks like there is a RP with a passerby advising that there is five people lighting fire to the cement area. Looks like a small warming fire. We'll also get PD en route to see if we can admonish the subjects.
