This complainant's advising of a newer model silver Mercedes, unknown tag, Black male occupant, speeding inside of the parking lot for the past 10 minutes, an ongoing problem. Complainant's anonymous, but it does say to see security at the entrance. Supervisor put down in reference to the 415.
