I’ve seen them stage at the Korean bell a number of times. I’ve never paid attention to whether it’s LAFD or coastguard though.
Yeah, if the person is still alive and will benefit from emergency medical attention will do it. Unfortunately, the majority of the time it’s just body recovery:(
