Any Pacific unit, 415 man, 1305 Ocean Front Walk, at the public bathroom. Suspect is a male, Hispanic, medium complexion, 25 years, black shirt, black shorts, black shoes, no weapons. Suspect was kicking the bathroom where the PR was told the subject, female, unknown, locked herself inside. PR did not observe the female. It's a code 2 incident, 4214.
