You have eyes, look at the video & see the angle in which the bus stopped at, the bus isn’t parked straight - the silver car is
MTA Bus drivers fault, it looks like he was going into the left lane at a higher speed than what he’s supposed to, wasn’t able to brake in time & ended up crashing into the front of the oncoming car from the opposite direction. Hopefully the guy in the silver car has a dash cam to go after the MTA 😬
