10-10 on 45 units, broadcast of a 23109 northbound 80 just north of Whipple. It's a blue Dodge Charger versus a red Dodge Charger. Both vehicles have negative rear plates, in and out of lanes, appear to be racing, speeding. Now they're approaching Tennyson, about two ago. Northbound on 80, approaching Tennyson. It's clear to be a new age, 520-17-20. 75, I copy that. I'm going to be standing by northbound North and Floresta. 25, 75, you copy and standing by northbound Floresta.
