All these call takers. They sent this over as a child left alone, Western and Logan. Logan and Western going southbound Western. You have two kids, appear to be about 5 years old, on a Lime scooter going southbound. Says they're traveling on the east side of the street. They almost got hit by a car while they were crossing the street. They got no further.
