3101 Scranton, 3101 Scranton. An employee called this in saying there's approximately 35 to 40-year-old Black male, no shoes on, black thermal, no pants as well. He has powder all over his mouth and on a cup. Face looks like he's been possibly assaulted, but he keeps standing up and falling down in the parking lot, trying to open the door to the store. Might be inside.
