I have no time, okay, shots fired, 4118 15th Street, 3rd floor. Ex-boyfriend, Anthony Smith, pointed a gun out the window at the caller, fired one shot about 5 or 10 minutes ago. Male, black, wearing a white, maybe t-shirt, in a blue Jeep. He has a blue Jeep Compass. Unknown if the male is still on scene. 10-4, it's calling.
