Reverend 54, 53, for a neglect in progress, child in a vehicle. Go for both. 4488 West Peel Ridge Way at the Mountain View Village. It's going to be in front of the Downey Store. There's a child left in a vehicle, black Kia, 4J, 934 Charlie Charlie. Child is going to be in the backseat, appears to be asleep, not in distress. It's going to be on the east side of the parking lot. Vehicle is running. Jump.
