Medic 14, E1, detail your district, LA County Jail, 950 2nd Avenue, off of Nutshell Courts Drive. Police are on scene requesting EMS for a male. They were conducting a welfare check on, stating he has heart failure. Reports also have the male with wounds on his legs, but unknown what they are. Okay. They said he was just thrown out of jail, so where is he? He's out in front of the gym.
