11. I'm going to drop this DUI driver on the box. Concerned citizen said over at Western and Grace, it was a female driving under the influence, swerving and falling asleep at the wheel. It was supposed to have been a black SUV, a GMC, um, Eddie time 61944, no direction of travel, and I don't know how they knew she was intoxicated.

I say this respectfully, but it's all to easy to assume this driver is drinking. Im a stroke survivor and a type 2 diabetic. I would check her blood sugar and assess her for possible stroke. Drinking could be involved, but sometimes people have real medical emergencies too.
