1060 eastbound on Janesville Road on the sidewalk from South 67 West 147, 46 Janesville Road. 17 at that address reported a juvenile, possibly around 10 years old, operating an e-scooter. He was on the sidewalk and nearly struck the complainant at that address while he was gathering his mail. He's concerned due to the safety. Again, South 67 West 147, 46 Janesville Road was last seen eastbound on an e-scooter from that location.
