Short red hair, red shirt, tan pants with one leg rolled up. Walked by the office with possibly a rifle or a BB gun and was swinging it around a dead squirrel. When the RP asked what he was doing, he started laughing. Walked into the neighborhood, last seen Montoya and El Cajon. Again, possibly has a rifle or a BB gun. Sam units, copy.
