At Weston and the Varsity, it's hitting the borders of Reckless Drive. The caller is stating that the streets are seeing garbage trucks, tried to run them off the road on purpose. A male, white driver, blonde hair, and a male, black, wearing a baseball hat. It was at St. Eastbound on the Varsity off Weston.
