3102, it's outside the Equinox Highway building, 4334 Milton Ave, cross of West Tennessee. Caller is Sherry June with the DPW. She's reporting a 40s white male who's looking for his dog. He's refusing to leave the building until someone helps him. No weapons, but she believes he is possibly intoxicated or impaired somehow. He's wearing no shirt and dark blue shorts.
