19 G 08 Adam, I have a check-in advising, suspicious vehicle, 11151 Westheimer at the Vesta Persian Grill. Caller reports a metallic silver Lexus, unknown, plate with tinted windows, speeding on a parking lot with the garage door opening. Vehicle last seen southbound on Wilcrest. Caller says they're not going to be waiting around to speak to PD.
