Boy 22. Boy 33. East of the intersection at North 137th and Interlake Avenue North, five minutes ago, another dog that was off-leash attacked the RP's dog. It was last seen going eastbound. The owner of that dog was a Hispanic male, 30 to 40s, 5'8", 5'10", slim-build, gray shirt, red pants. The RP has not contacted animal control yet, but I'll have to contact him. North 137th and Interlake Avenue North.
