3-31. This came over at the tire shop across from the Ford dealer at 64 and Western. The anonymous caller, who didn't leave his name, says he's having a problem with staff and is now being threatened by a male who came out of a white Malibu. Now they're arguing. There is a child present, and there's a plate of George Frank 99453 involved somehow.
