2245 Garfield Street, 2245 Garfield Street. Complainant's a male carrier delivering at an apartment. Subject has a dog standing in front of the mailbox. The dog wasn't aggressive, but obstructing the complainant from doing her job. Resident just peeped out of the window and said the dog was harmless. Complainant's in a male truck.
