Can you check this theft just occurred? 7717 South Laughlin, misgarner called. 50-year-old male, black, medium-build, beige head, light color sweatshirt, blue jeans, was in her rear yard trying to steal her tires and rims. He jumped a gate and left the tire in the shopping cart in the alley. Got about 35 minutes on it. No further.
