4. Go ahead, Valley. Respond to RFK Charter on Blade. Just for a 10-10, received a 21 from the director advising it's about a 10-minute time delay that a blue in color vehicle with about four 10-30s were doing donuts and possibly showed a firearm gun towards them. Again, they're no longer on location. It's just 10-10. Thank you.
