Central Cars and Apartments, this time we'll start broadcast on Hammond County West and Central. Being looked out for a vehicle that fled from Colerain. It was last seen in the area of Banning and Kipling. That's going to be a black Infiniti King William Queen 2359. The tag's in the back window. There's a white paper or bar over where the plate's supposed to go. It's also blacked out. Driver was a male, black with braids, black shirt and jeans. He's wanted for traffic and attempting to strike a cruiser. Again, being looked out for a vehicle fled from Colerain. It was last seen at Banning and Kipling.
