25. Both units head to 2nd Avenue Commons at 700 2nd Avenue between Municipal Courts Drive and I-376 Westbound to 2nd Avenue Ramp. The call is coming in for three males fighting. You have one Black male wearing a white towel around his neck. Another Black male is wearing gray sweatpants. It's a no complainant. Says they seem to separate and then come back and start fighting again. Currently on Municipal Courts Drive. 29, I got it.
