As soon as Union 448 clears the station, I'll have Union 448 also en route. Park Plaza North, 923 Commerce Street. Reference the vehicles that were heard near 9th and Commerce. There's a group of seven or eight of them on the fifth floor of the parking garage doing burnouts and donuts. Some of the drivers are drinking as well.
