At the Loop, 850 Indianapolis, 850 Indianapolis, they state that there was a male, there's a male locked inside the store. They locked him inside because he was stealing. They described him as a large black male, black cut-off shirt, black shorts, and he's actively eating and drinking the items he's stealing.
