Queen sector collision at 4 Avenue North and Westlake Avenue North. There are two KCSO buses and a civilian vehicle involved in a collision here. Supervisor for Metro is on scene and KCSO is en route as well. Requesting SPD to join them. The driver of the vehicle, one of the vehicles appears intoxicated. He's in a white Audi A7. 4 Avenue North and Westlake.
