10-4. It's gonna be 2340 Apex Landing Way, unit 404. Advised there was a subject walking through the parking lot with a flashlight and flashing the light into parked cars. Last seen, correction, he's been on scene for 15 minutes. Unknown race. Last seen wearing an all black outfit, also had on a black hood. Advised he's located on the left side of the apartment complex.
