In front of 1601 South Hosmer Street, a vehicle had been parked there for several hours, not occupied. Shows as a stolen red Toyota Tacoma, Charles 27, 278 Young. A male returned to the vehicle, was trying to get it started as of 30 minutes ago, has had no updates since then. White male, 20s, 5'10", 160, possibly brown hair, no shirt, dark-colored shorts.
