3542, I have a disturbance disorderly at 440 Monticello Avenue, the Charlotte Street Garage. Security is calling in, stating on the 7th floor, there are three subjects refusing to leave. Adult female in there next to a black Nissan with the vehicle hood up, and a teenage male and young female in the elevator lobby.
