Radio 571, respond to a 53, called in by a new watch, 4030 Pleasantdale Road. Two subjects, the lawyer's in the parking lot, possibly jumped the fence or may be in a hole in the fence, possibly arguing with one subject in a black and blue pants, no vehicle to beat. Also, one subject is chasing someone with a guitar, said the male is following the female towards the building from the exit, no longer has a visual.
