A cop stopped me by sculpture park and asked me if I’ve seen man in the area. The picture they showed me was a middle aged Hispanic man and he said the man was driving white Chrysler

A low-flying helicopter near a person wearing safety gear most commonly indicates an active rescue operation, a medical evacuation, or an industrial task like powerline inspection. The safety gear typically includes brightly colored high-visibility vests, harnesses, or helmets, which are standard for these high-risk operations.Common scenarios for this activity include:Search and Rescue (SAR): Specially trained responders (e.g., park rangers, coast guard) use the helicopter to hoist or drop personnel into inaccessible or emergency areas.Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC): Transporting critically injured individuals by air, requiring a medical team on the ground to guide the pilot and secure the landing zone.
