14-13-17. Go ahead. Just want to back you, disturbance. Suspect on scene at 8812 University East Drive, apartment 108. Reference a guest that was given time to leave the property. Same, locked and bolted the door, refusing to leave. Been there for 90 days. Person is Turlean. Older, Black male, bald, wearing a white shirt, possibly blue shorts, possibly been drinking, unknown on drugs. See complainant's here. When the unit clear.
