11. Good morning. It's a disturbance that also came in as a mental health disturbance for 5371 North Delphia. It's a female, White resident, mental female resident from apartment 272 in the main stairwell harassing people as they come in and out. It says the elderly mom of the caller lives in the unit but has locked the female out. Nothing further.
