New in 12, a theft just occurred at 1535 West Grand at the Citgo. Our caller says a male black in a black t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, is attempting to steal a candy bar. I guess the offender told the caller that he wants to be arrested and is waiting for police to get him. There's no further there.
