if you could make a major disturbance, 3501 Ross Ave. It says McD Helen on Ross Pool area. Caller says she made a Black male miss her blue shorts because he was threatening her. It got too close. It did not back away. Caller says ran at the parking lot and smashed her car with heavy rocks. Caller denies injuries.
