Advising, a Hispanic male with a pink ski mask was spitting blood and asking someone to call the police. He ran down Highland and turned onto Leverton. Saw two to three other people, but not sure if they were with him. Also saw a Hispanic male, short-build.

On scene, four shots fired coming from in front of the smoke invade shop. Saw a male with hot pink ski mask running around asking someone to call the police.
